Agreement

By using DigiMaa, digimaa.app, or netzerostrategicllc.com, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy (also a draft until finalized). If you do not agree, do not use the services.

What DigiMaa is

DigiMaa is a routine-guidance app that speaks steps out loud and lets someone mark each step Done. It is a practical helper for everyday routines. It is not medical care, therapy, or emergency services. If someone needs urgent help, contact local emergency services.

Accounts and family use

• You must be able to form a binding agreement (for example, age 18+ in your place) to create a paying account.
• Parents and caregivers may set up DigiMaa for a child or dependent. You are responsible for how routines are shared and used on devices you control.
• A DigiMaa family plan is for one household or family group as described at purchase. Do not share login credentials publicly.
• Facility or care-organization use requires a separate arrangement—contact customer@netzerostrategicllc.com.

Children

DigiMaa is designed for setup by a parent or caregiver. We ask you not to encourage a child under 13 to submit personal contact information to us. See our Privacy Policy for COPPA-aware practices.

Subscriptions, trial, and billing

• Current consumer pricing (subject to change): $7.99 per month or $59.99 per year, with a 7-day free trial, on one family plan.
• If you buy through an app store, that store’s refund and cancellation rules also apply.
• Unless you cancel before the trial or renewal period ends (per store or billing settings), the subscription may renew automatically.
• Taxes may apply based on your location.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Misuse DigiMaa to harm, harass, or unlawfully monitor anyone.
• Attempt to break, overload, or reverse engineer the service except where the law allows.
• Upload unlawful content or content you do not have the right to use.
• Resell DigiMaa access except as we expressly allow in writing (for example, a facility agreement).

Shared routine links

If you create a link to send a routine to another phone, you are responsible for who receives it. Anyone with the link may be able to use that routine. Revoke or stop sharing links you no longer want active when the app provides that control.

Intellectual property

DigiMaa, our logos, and our website content belong to Net Zero Strategic, LLC or its licensors. You receive a limited, personal license to use DigiMaa while your subscription (or free trial) is active. Routine content you create remains yours; you grant us a license to host and process it to provide the service.

Disclaimer of warranties

DigiMaa and this website are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Net Zero Strategic, LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or data, arising from your use of DigiMaa or our websites. Our total liability for any claim relating to the services will not exceed the amounts you paid us for DigiMaa in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or fifty U.S. dollars if you have paid nothing). Some places do not allow certain limits; in those places, our liability is limited to the maximum allowed.

Termination

You may stop using DigiMaa at any time and cancel per your billing channel. We may suspend or end access if you break these Terms or if we must do so for security or legal reasons.

Changes

We may update these Terms. We will update the date above and, for material changes, provide notice in the app or by email when appropriate. Continued use after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms—once they are no longer marked as draft and are in force.

Governing law

These Terms are drafted for use under the laws of the United States. The specific state governing law and venue will be confirmed in the final version after legal review.
